Application #3562, Love Road Recycle Plant

The applicant is requesting a new construction permit to install a portable concrete and asphalt recycle plant which will solely use grid electricity to power the Lippmann, Model 4800r, material crusher, screener, and associated conveyors. The recycle plant is process rated at 260 tons per hour (tph) and will be limited to 500,000 tons per year (tpy). Water suppression will be used to control the particulate emissions from the crusher, screen and conveyers. Additionally, water suppression will be used to control recycle material stockpiles, and haul roads.
