Spring Break Family Day
Spring Break Family Day is a great chance to get out with the family that includes hands-on balloon education, making kites, live music, parachute games and balloon sculptures.
At 9:30 a.m., the Balloon Museum's award winning program, Stories in the Sky kicks off the day's events. Arrive early for good place on the floor, Stories in the Sky, a visitor favorite, presents a live music band and storyteller, Laurie Magovern. Spring Break Family Day also offers great access to Museum's newest exhibitions, including the Two Eagles Mission Control which highlights the record-breaking ballooning adventure across the Pacific ocean.
Kids are encouraged to bring their own kite to fly on museum grounds.
Food trucks will be on site, or families can bring a picnic too.
