Trash, Recycling, and Large Items Will be Collected on Veterans Day

The City’s Solid Waste Management Department will collect trash, recycling, and large items on Friday, November 11. Customers who are regularly serviced on Fridays should put their trash and recycling at the curb for collection. Any large items scheduled through 311 for Friday will also be collected.
Two of the convenience centers, Don Reservoir and Eagle Rock, will be open and in full operation from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, November 11. Montessa Park Convenience Center will be closed on Friday, November 11 and will reopen on Saturday, November 12 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Cerro Colorado Landfill will be open and in full operation from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The main administrative office at 4600 Edith NE will be closed on Friday, November 11 and will reopen on Monday, November 14.
ACT (household hazardous waste) at 6137 Edith NE will be open on Friday, November 11.
