Trash, Recycling, and Large Items Will be Collected on Indigenous Peoples’ Day

The City’s Solid Waste Management Department will collect trash, recycling, and large items on Monday, October 10. Customers who are regularly serviced on Mondays should put their trash and recycling at the curb for collection. Any residential large items scheduled through 311 for Monday will also be collected.
All three convenience centers, Montessa Park, Don Reservoir, and Eagle Rock will be open and in full operation from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, October 10. The Cerro Colorado Landfill will also be open and in full operation from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The main administrative office at 4600 Edith NE will be closed on Monday, October 10 and will reopen on Tuesday, October 11.
ACT (household hazardous waste) at 6137 Edith NE will be open on Monday, October 10.
