Description
Albuquerque residents are invited to come together to support city shelter pets in need. The Animal Welfare Department (AWD) will host its “Bow Wow Bingo” fundraiser on Saturday, March 28, from 1 to 3 p.m., Main Library located at 501 Copper Ave NW. Free parking at the Arts Garage. This upbeat community gathering will help raise funds for vital shelter programs that benefit thousands of animals each year.
Guests can enjoy several rounds of friendly bingo competition while trying their luck at winning exciting prizes. Tickets are thirty-dollars and include admission plus two bingo cards, with extra cards available for purchase at the door. Seating is limited to one hundred guests, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early and bring their daubers.
Snacks will be available for purchase, with all proceeds going directly to support AWD programs. Guests will also have the chance to connect with others who share a passion for helping animals.
Funds raised at “Bow Wow Bingo” will support essential AWD services including spay and neuter initiatives, special surgeries, enrichment, adoptions, and other lifesaving programs for shelter pets. Every bingo card sold helps provide comfort and care for animals waiting for a second chance.
“Bow Wow Bingo” promises a day filled with fun, prizes, and purpose as Albuquerque rallies together to help city shelter pets. Let’s make a difference one bingo card at a time.
