The Quigley Park structures were aging and in need of repair. Tables had been broken and vandalized, concrete pads were cracking and the overall structures of the park were not welcoming.  Councilor Fiebelkorn supported a park update that included the removal of existing site furnishings and replacing them with park tables and benches, change of sand to wood fiber, replacement of damaged concrete slabs, and updated waste containers.

Capital outlay funds were provided from Senator Ivey-Soto and Representative Trujillo. The project was completed early this year.
