I am a strong believer in data. To know what works for our community, make data-driven decisions, measure for long-term results, and continually improve our strategies, collecting data is essential. Therefore, my team is continually pulling numbers such as vehicle ownership, demographics, homeownership, and much more.

Strategy Sessions: In the beginning of my term in office, I held 3 Strategy Sessions. We reviewed the data that my team collected. Additionally, we polled those who came, and had community discussions around the numbers we saw.
