Adoption of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct Landmark Commission
SUMMARY:
The Landmark Commission has finalized an update to the Rules of Procedure and Conduct. On May 27, 2025, public notice was posted on the in the lobby of City Hall and the City Clerk's website dedicated to rulemaking, in accordance with §2-15-1, et seq. ROA 1994. On June 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM, a public rulemaking hearing took place at 00 2nd Street NW, Plaza Del Sol Building, Basement Hearing Room, and on Zoom. The Rules of Procedure and Conduct Landmark Commission are effective 5 days after rulemaking hearing and signature of the Chair.
