AUTHORITY:

The Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Environmental Planning Commission are authorized pursuant to §2-6-1, ROA 1994, Article 6: Public Boards, Commissions, and Committees, §14-13-3-1, ROA 1994, Article 13: Planning; Goals and Objectives, and the Integrated Development Ordinance §14-16-6-4(L)(2).

ACTION:

Adoption of Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Environmental Planning Commission

SUMMARY:

The Environmental Planning Commission has finalized an update to the Rules of Practice and Procedure. On July 2, 2025, public notice was posted on the Committee website and the City Clerk's website dedicated to rulemaking, in accordance with §2-15-1, et seq, ROA 1994. On July 17, 2025, at 8:40 am, a public rulemaking hearing took place on Zoom. The Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Environmental Planning Committee are effective 5 days after the rulemaking hearing and signature of the Chair.
