Overview
The CPOAB is a five-member board appointed by the City Council. Members are appointed for a three-year term and are eligible for reappointment to an additional full term. The CPOAB hosts public monthly meetings where they may discuss policy recommendations and CPOA investigatory findings and proposed discipline, hear complainant appeals, and receive public comment.
