"Good Neighbor" certification for 2015 federal ozone standard available

The Environmental Health Department is seeking comment on a draft document certifying that Albuquerque - Bernalillo County meet federal requirements (the "Good Neighbor" provision of the federal Clean Air Act) regarding potential contributions to ozone formation in downwind states.
