Public Service Company of New Mexico requests a renewal of their air quality operating and acid rain permits in Application #2093-RN3 and AR2093-RN3
This permitting action will include a renewal of the Rio Bravo Title V Operating permit; the removal of Unit #2, Fire Pump Engine, Cummins Model #6BTA5.9-F2, Serial #45878044 as authorized in the 2093-RN1-M1-3AR administrative revision; and renewal of Acid Rain Permit No. AR2093-RN2. Finally, this permitting action will include removal of the “Affirmative Defense” language from the Title V permit.
