The Municipal Development Department offers the following services to residents:
- Implement the Capital Program
- Implement new roadway and storm drainage infrastructure projects
- Operate and maintain traffic signals and signage
- Provide construction barricading within city roadways
- Construct and maintain City facilities
- Provide parking and parking enforcement services
- Provide security at City facilities
- Implement renewable energy projects
