Crest Academy Green Belt Training

Crest Academy is the City of Albuquerque’s internal training hub focused on building a consistent, results driven approach to improving government operations. Its purpose is straightforward: equip employees with practical, repeatable methods to make processes more efficient, more equitable, and easier for both staff and the public to navigate. Green Belt Training is modeled on Denver Peak Academy, a nationally recognized program that has generated millions in documented savings through staff led improvements. Crest Academy applies the same principles in a CABQ context, giving employees the tools to analyze their own workflows and implement changes that are within their control or influence. The course emphasizes clear methods, structured problem solving, and measurable outcomes. No specialized software or technical background is required.
