Key Upcoming Projects
Uptown Connect
- Uptown Connect is an innovative project led by ABQ RIDE in concert with a private developer that will bring together three of Albuquerque’s greatest needs: housing, sustainable transportation, and economic development.
Featuring:
- Hundreds of mixed-rate rental units
- An active environment for riders while waiting for transportation
- Convenient access to local bus service for the Uptown community
- Commercial spaces to accommodate a variety of businesses
Casitas Del Camino
- Location: 7200 Central SE
- Status: Pre-Construction
- Units: 70 total, 59 affordable housing units
- A new development focusing on creating affordable housing units in the Southeast area of Albuquerque.
Somos Apartments

- Sol Housing
- Location: 112 60 NW TH
- Status: Pre-Construction
- Units: 88 affordable housing units
- Mixed-use project that will provide affordable units and enhance community housing capacity.
West Mesa Ridge A

- Location: 701 Coors NW
- Status: Pre-Construction
- Units: 128 affordable housing units
- A large-scale affordable housing project on the west side
Calle Cuarta
- Location: 3525 4th Street NW
- Status: Under Construction
- Units: 61 affordable housing units, multi-family mixed-use
- A multi-use development with live-work spaces and ground-level retail to support community integration.
Route 66 Flats
- Location: 7600 Central SW
- Status: Under Construction
- Units: 47 affordable housing units
- An affordable housing project designed to support the transition from homelessness to stable housing.
Park Central
- Location: 300 San Mateo NE
- Status: Contract Negotiation
- Units: 110 total, 41 affordable housing units
- Mix of affordable and market-rate units, aiming to create a balanced community space.
Farolito Senior Community
- Sol Housing
- Location: 10501 Central NE
- Status: Under Construction
- A senior housing community, designed to fill a needed gap in senior housing
