Enjoy a dog’s-eye view of the world as Oliver Prezant and his band present original songs and poetry inspired by canine companions. Singer-songwriter Oliver Prezant attributes the writing to his dog, Alex, whose influences include Shakespeare, Broadway, country music, and the everyday joys of treats and walks. The performance features musicians Genevieve Leitner on guitar, Chris Ischi on keyboard, Jerry Weimer on clarinet, and Mark Clark on drums. Pets are not permitted in the museum, though service dogs are welcome; visitors are encouraged to bring photos of their dogs on their phones.
