Description
Treat yourself to a self-care Sunday at the Museum. Start your day by experiencing the power of place through site-specific dance with Lara Segura in the sculpture garden. This free, outdoor, workshop invites movers of all ages and abilities to explore a sensorial approach to choreography that responds to physical and social characteristics of outdoor space. After the workshop, enjoy a snack at the café and visit the galleries.
Please dress for movement, bring water, and note that minors must be accompanied by an adult. Museum admission is free until 1pm. This event is presented in partnership with Albuquerque Dance Connect and is supported in part by New Mexico Arts.
