The applicant is requesting a modification to Permit #2197-M3. The applicant is requesting:
- The addition of two (2) 14.0 MMBTU/hr raw mill dryers which will share the same vent stacks as the permitted 3-1 and 3-3 raw mill air separators, respectively; and
- The replacement of one (1) Caterpillar 150 kW emergency generator (Unit Gen-2) with one (1) 150 kW Tier 3 emergency generator (Unit Gen-2).
