How can I get a printed copy of the Bike Path Map?

What does a specific Zoning District, such as R-1A, MX-M, or PD mean?
The City of Albuquerque’s Planning Department maintains all zoning information.

Who owns the property at a specific address?
Use the Address Query to enter the address and search. It will return the Bernalillo County Assessor parcel ownership data - which is not maintained by the City of Albuquerque and is only updated once a year. If you need the most up-to-date ownership information, you will need to contact the County Assessor directly.
How do I locate a Uniform Property Code (UPC) if I have an address?
Search for a UPC by entering the address in the Address Query. The results will show the UPC value for that parcel. Please note that County Assessor Ownership data is not maintained by the City of Albuquerque and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
How do I locate an Address if I have a Uniform Property Code (UPC)?
YoUse our Advanced Map Viewer. You can use the Global Search (which may take awhile to excute), or you can use the "Simple Query" in the "Maps & Data Sources" tab of the Toolbar. Set the Query Layer to Bernalillo County Parcels, then find records for which "UPC" equals your value. Then click Run. Please note that County Assessor Ownership data is not maintained by the City of Albuquerque and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
How do I determine the lot or Parcel size?
The lot size data is available in the County Assessor Ownership layer. It is only an approximation and so is not for legal use. The simplest method find out a lot size is to use the Address Query. If you do not have an address, locate the parcel of interest, make sure the Bernalillo County Parcels layer is on and perform an "Identify" to retrieve parcel acres. Please note that this data is not maintained by the City of Albuquerque and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
How do I determine Flood Zones?
Find information about Special Flood Hazard Areas in the City and its surrounding areas from the City of Albuquerque Planning Department.
Can I download maps to print or use?
Yes. The Zone Atlas is available from AGIS (a division of Planning) as individual .pdf files or as a complete file. The Address Atlas is also available. A hard copy of the Zone Atlas can be purchased at the Publications counter in the Plaza del Sol building. See the AGIS website or contact the AGIS Manager for more information.
Can I search for a particular Subdivision Name?
Yes. Using the Advanced Map Viewer you can query for subdivision name. Use the "Simple Query" tool on the "Maps & Data Sources" tab of the Toolbar. Set the layer to "City Parcels", the field to "Subdivision", "contains" and then type in the subdivision name in all caps. The query will take some time, as it is searching for individual parcels with that subdivision name.
Can you make me a Custom map with just the features I need?
You can create a map using the Advanced Map Viewer and using the tools in the toolbar you can save it or share it. You can also print it.
I live in the City and your site displays my address incorrectly. Who do I contact?

Can I Search for a particular Lot, Block and Subdivision (City Legal Description)?
Use the Simple Query Tool in the Advanced Map Viewer. Set the Query Layer to City Parcels, then set the conditions to Lot Equals, then click "Add a query condition" so you can add another query for Block, and optionally for Subdivison.
How do I determine the Lat/Long for a particular spot?
On the Analysis tab of the Advanced Map Viewer Toolbar the coordinates will appear for any place you click on the map. You can also enter coordinates and the map will pan to that location.
The Ownership Data you are showing on the website is incorrect. Will you update it?

Why are the County Assessor Ownership lot lines different from the City Parcel Basemap lines?
The City Parcel Basemap reflects official platted subdivision information, and the County Assessor lot lines will show actual ownership boundaries. In most cases the 2 different systems will coincide, however, there are many cases where ownership of parcels, or parts of parcels may have changed without going through the official replat process. These changes will result in differences between the two mapping systems. The AGIS division which maintains the City Parcel Basemap is bound to map parcels as represented by official platted subdivision documents.
