Appeals of Land Use Decisions to the City Council

Summary

Per Section 14-16-6-4(U) Appeals in the Integrated Development Ordinance and the City Charter, the City Council is the ultimate decision maker on appeals of land use decisions. Once an appeal has been heard and decided by the City Council, the Notice of Decision is available through Legistar.
