Sun Van Scheduling Software Will be Down for Upgrades

ALBUQUERQUE – Beginning at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 6, ABQ RIDE’s Customer Service software used to schedule Sun Van trips will be down for maintenance. This upgrade to the software system will be the first since 2016 and will improve scheduling efficiency while avoiding downtime for future software maintenance. The upgrade is expected to last until approximately 9 p.m. on Friday, October 6.

To prepare for the upcoming interruption to normal scheduling operations, Sun Van riders should begin scheduling their trips early. All trips through October 11 must be scheduled prior to October 6. Normal scheduling operations are expected to resume on Saturday, October 7.
