Information about the Advanced Map Viewer
The Advanced Map Viewer was updated Feb. 2026 to a new map in a new location.
This viewer can be used in any browser and allows users to view multiple layers of geographic information to search and display along with access to advanced tools.
The map viewer includes over 200 layers and includes the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) Zoning layers. Learn more about the Integrated Development Ordinance. The map view does not include Bernalillo County zoning. Find information from Bernalillo County Planning & Development Services GIS.
Additional enhancement of the Map Viewer 3.0 include:
- 2024 Aerial Photography
- All Historical Aerial Photography, including newly available imagery from 1974
- The most up-to-date ABQ Ride routes and stops
- Current Planning (UD&D) links to documents stored in OnBase document management system
- Refreshed look and feel, including visual links to match the IDO Interactive Map
- Links to authoritative data and agency sources
- Availability of regional datasets from MRMPO (Mid Region Metropolitan Planning Organization)
- Improved organization and increased speed
- More frequently updated datasets
- Layer Themes to narrow down the list of over 200 data layers
