CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE REGULATIONS GOVERNING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYEXCAVATION AND BARRICADING FOR FIBER INFRASTRUCTURE PURPOSES 1. TITLE: 1.1 These regulations may be cited as the "Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes." 2. AUTHORITY AND SCOPE: 2.1 The Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes are promulgated pursuant to the Street Excavation and Barricading Ordinance of the City of Albuquerque, Sections 6-5-2-1 et seq ("Barricading Ordinance.") 22 The Regulations provide standard detail requirements that Licensees shall follow while completing any excavation or barricading work within the City of Albuquerque for the purpose of installing fiber infrastructure.
