The purpose of this RFP is to increase the pool of architectural firms contracted to provide Architectural On- Call Services to the City of Albuquerque. This solicitation requires professional architectural services on a city-wide basis. TITLE: 1.1 These regulations may be cited as the "Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes." 2. AUTHORITY AND SCOPE: 2.1 The Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes are promulgated pursuant to the Street Excavation and Barricading Ordinance of the City of Albuquerque, Sections 6-5-2-1 et seq ("Barricading Ordinance.") 22 The Regulations provide standard detail requirements that Licensees shall follow while completing any excavation or barricading work within the City of Albuquerque for the purpose of installing fiber infrastructure.
