ABCGC Behavioral Health Sub-committees

Sub-committees focus on Crisis Services, Prevention Intervention and Harm Reduction, Supportive Housing and Community Supports.

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Government Commission - comprised of Albuquerque City Councilors and Bernalillo County Commissioners has authorized the formation of sub- committees made up of representatives from the community, criminal justice organizations, behavioral health service providers and other interested parties. These sub-committees meet on a regular basis to discuss and recommend how behavioral health funding will be spent in four areas: Crisis Services; Prevention, Intervention and Harm Reduction, Supportive Housing and Community Supports. These meetings are open to the public and we invite you to attend and participate through public comment to help guide the members of the committees in what the public perceives are gaps in behavioral health services and priorities in meeting those needs. Meeting dates and times, agendas and minutes are currently posted on the Albuquerque City Council website at cabq.gov/abcgc. For additional information, please contact Nicole Taylor, City Council Policy Staff, at [email protected].
