2027 Minimum Wage
The 2027 minimum wage required to be paid from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027:
- Effective January 1, 2027, the City of Albuquerque minimum wage is $13.00 per hour.
- Effective January 1, 2027, the City of Albuquerque minimum wage will be $12.00 per hour if the employee’s employer provides healthcare and/or childcare benefits to the employee during any pay period and the employer pays an amount for these benefits equal to or in excess of an annualized cost of $2,500.00.
- Starting January 1, 2027, the minimum wage for tipped employees will be $7.20.
