CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE REGULATIONS GOVERNING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYEXCAVATION AND BARRICADING FOR FIBER INFRASTRUCTURE PURPOSES 1. TITLE: 1.1 These regulations may be cited as the "Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes." 2. AUTHORITY AND SCOPE: 2.1 The Regulations Governing Public Right of Way Excavation and Barricading for Fiber Infrastructure Purposes are promulgated pursuant to the Street Excavation and Barricading Ordinance of the City of Albuquerque, Sections 6-5-2-1 et seq ("Barricading Ordinance.") 22 The Regulations provide standard detail requirements that Licensees shall follow while completing any excavation or barricading work within the City of Albuquerque for the purpose of installing fiber infrastructure.

The purpose of this RFP is to increase the pool of architectural firms contracted to provide Architectural Services to the City of Albuquerque Aviation Department. The scope is to include, but not be limited to: studies, analyses, site planning, pre-design, design, and/or construction phase services. In your proposal, highlight opportunities for innovation which incorporate sustainable design principles and energy efficiency standards. If a firm has a current OC agreement with the City, their proposal will not be considered.
