Civilian Police Oversight Advisory Board (CPOAB) monthly meetings are held in the Vincent E. Griego Chambers located on the lower level of City Hall and are scheduled for the second Thursday of every month. Meetings begin at 5 p.m. unless noted otherwise and may extend beyond 7 p.m.

Public Comment:
If you plan on addressing the CPOAB Members in-person during the Public Comment session, we suggest arriving early and signing up beforehand. This will ensure that you have the opportunity to speak and your concerns are heard.
The CPOAB will take general public comment and public comment on the meeting’s specific agenda items in-person and written form via email through 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Submission for public comment can be emailed directly to the CPOAB at [email protected]. Please use the Subject Line- Public Comment: Civilian Police Oversight Advisory Board Meeting. These comments will automatically be distributed to all CPOAB Members for review.
