A complaint of police misconduct must be submitted within 90 days of the incident.

File a complaint of police misconduct to the Independent Review Office.

All complaints must be signed in order to give the Independent Review Office full legal authority to investigate allegations of police misconduct. Without a signature, we have limited legal authority to investigate allegations.
