Celebrate at Freedom Fourth

Join Mayor Martin J. Chávez and the City of Albuquerque for the 2009 Freedom Fourth celebration this 4th of July! We'll be celebrating our great nation with great American music and a grand fireworks display set to a festive, patriotic music score.

We're excited to announce live music from South By Southwest Leaving www.cabq.gov, click for disclaimer, Savor Leaving www.cabq.gov, click for disclaimer, Redline 7000, and The Blues Brother's Review Leaving www.cabq.gov, click for disclaimer, along with food vendors, a beer garden, and children's activities; all on the beautiful green grass of Balloon Fiesta Park.

  • When: Saturday, July 4th from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Gates open at 3:00.

  • Admission: $2 admission. Children 12 and under are free.
  • Parking: Free parking is available, but limited. Try Park & Ride instead of driving!
