Gender Pay Equity Initiative Form & Instructions

Information about the City of Albuquerque's Gender Pay Equity Initiative.

About

The Gender Pay Equity Initiative was developed as a collaborative partnership between the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, and the Water Authority. The Gender Pay Equity Initiative was created to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to help close the gender wage gap in the community.

On average, women working full time in the United States are paid 80% of what men in comparable positions are paid. Please watch the following video to better understand why gender pay equity should matter to you and your organization.
