To edit your information, or to move between available pages on the app, select the menu option on the bottom right corner of the page. This will bring up a menu of additional options.

Purchasing Mobile Tickets

Once you have set up your account the first time, buying and using mobile passes is easy.

1. Click "Buy Now"

To buy a bus pass, select “Buy Now” located in the bottom left corner of most pages.

2. Select Your Fare

Here you will encounter multiple different bus pass options. Select the fare type of your choice and click "Add to Cart."

  • One time trip: This pass will allow you to ride one trip. One time trip passes are also sold in groups of 4 for full fare and 10 for discounted prices. Make sure the pass isn’t activated before the bus arrives since it’s a timed pass and only lasts an hour.
  • You can also buy one day, seven day, or a 31 day pass, just like at the Customer Service window or at any of our consignment sellers.
  • Discounts are available to qualifying individuals. View discounted ticket information.

3. Pay for Your Pass

After verifying that your ticket purchase is correct, click the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the screen. You may be prompted to add a debit or credit card to your account if you have not already done so.

4. Activate Your Pass

Once tickets are purchased, view them in the Ticket Manager where both active and inactive tickets are available.

Before boarding the bus, make sure to activate your pass digitally by selecting a pass from the Available Tickets list. Select the “Use Now”  button at the bottom of the screen.

Multiple passes can be activated at once. The “Use Now” button will show how many bus passes are selected for activation.

Before the pass is activated, the app will have you confirm your selection. Once activated, your Ticket Manager will show your recently activated pass as active.

The lights at the bottom of the screen show how many active passes there currently are. If there are multiple passes available, swipe the screen from right to left to move between passes.

5. Board the Bus

Have the digital ticket ready to show the bus driver or transit enforcement officer. Make sure your phone is turned on, charged, and easily legible.

The active pass shows the current date and time. Near the bottom of the pass there is moving a count down until pass expiration. The numbers will be moving and changing constantly.

The pass also notes which, if any, discount it was purchased with. If the pass was purchased with a discount, appropriate ID will need to be produced during the time of pass inspection.

The Ticket Details screen displays what documents should be produced for inspection, what time the ticket was activated, and when the ticket is due to expire.

Drivers and transit enforcement officers have multiple methods to confirm that bus passes are valid. They may ask you to tap on your screen, causing the presentation of your active pass to immediately change to a QR code.

The current date and time will still show, and the QR code will change constantly.

View Your Ticket History

To view your pass history, select the menu tab on the bottom right corner and open the screen that displays Riding History. A complete history of the bus passes that have been used by this account will be available here.

Clicking a specific pass will lead you to more detailed information, including the start and end time of the selected pass.

Available Discounts

Discounts are available. Select your discount while choosing your bus pass. If you buy a discounted pass, you will be required carry proof that you’re entitled to the discount at all times while using the pass.
