Fixit Clinic Registration Form

The Fixit Clinic will be held on Saturday, October 25 from 9 am to 2 pm at Fuse Makerspace located at 101 Broadway NE. 

Everyone who wishes to bring an item must register for a time window below. Participants will be seen by a coach within the half hour time window they select. 

Please confirm all required fields are populated before submitting your form. Your form is not submitted until you see the confirmation page which includes a recap of your completed form fields.
