Description

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee in charge of maintaining the City of Albuquerque Development Process Manual (DPM) is considering amending the DPM.

The following areas are being proposed for amendments:

  1. Chapter 23 Transportation Design (proposed Chapter 7 Section 2 Roadway Design Context)

Amendment 25 is intended to update Chapter 23 Transportation Design (proposed Chapter 7 Section 2 Roadway Design Context) by adding a paragraph that will allow previously approved planning documents to be considered for roadway design options. The proposed language will be consistent with City Transportation design guidelines, City Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings, the Comprehensive Plan, the Bikeways and Trail Facility Plan, the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) and current practice.

The meeting will be open to the public and any person may give verbal or written testimony in favor of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.

In addition, written comments not made at the meeting and related to these amendments will be accepted through Dec. 18, 2018.
