Description:

    This class is designed to provide those skilled young people 8 years to 14 years old, whom pass all the prerequisites, the opportunity to become more comfortable in the water and experience 4 different aquatic adventures in 4 days!  These daily adventures will go through an introduction of some of the popular activities that are usually found in the pool and open water areas.   

Children must have the ability to swim 25 yards unassisted.

Instruction Itinerary

Day 1 – Diving Lesson
        Rules, safety,
        Instruction and guidance         
        Diving from the wall, 1 meter, and 3 meter board, and start blocks

Day 2 – Snorkel Lesson
        Rules and safety
        Intro to snorkeling, masks, fins and snorkels
        Breathing
        Clearing mask
        Entries
        Object recovery
        Free diving

Day 3 – Canoe Lesson
        Rules / Safety
        Equipment Intro
        Positions / Steering
        General Instruction on canoeing as a team
        Leadership and management of a team in water


Day 4 – Kayak Lesson

        Paddling
        Direction Control
