2. Click “Schedule an Appointment” (or create a new profile)
   
   
3. Enter your confirmation number and birthdate to log in
        If you don’t have a confirmation code, click the link below the box “don’t know your confirmation code” and you           will be sent a new one.
   
   
4. Click “Schedule your Appointment”
   
   
5. Search by Covid-19 vaccine type and location or enter the Event Code
        3/05 Trumbull event code "TRU2"
        3/12 Highland event code "HHS2"
        3/19 Cesar Chavez event code "CESAR2"
        3/26 Mesa Verde event code "MESA2"
   
   
6. Register for a time slot that works for you!
