- Westside Emergency Housing Center is open year-round
- Free parking on City meters along Central Avenue from 8th Street to Carlisle Boulevard and in the Old Town parking lot Nov. 25 to Jan. 2
- Fall green waste collection runs Nov. 28 to Dec. 9
- Recycle real Christmas trees for free from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 26 to Jan. 8 at three locations
