Public Comment Instructions for CPOA Board Meeting: 


In response to the Public Health Emergency, the CPOA Board meeting will be held via Zoom video conference.


The GOVTV live stream can be accessed at these addresses from most smartphones, tablets, or computers. Members of the public will have the ability to view the meeting through GOVTV on Comcast Channel 16, or to stream live on:

The video recording of this and all past meetings of the CPOA Board will also remain available for viewing at any time on the City’s website. CPOA Staff is available to help members of the public access pre-recorded Council meetings on-line at any time during normal business hours. Please email [email protected] for assistance.

Public Comment: 

The CPOA Board will take general public comments in written form via email by 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Web Form submission for public comment can be emailed directly to the CPOA Board at [email protected]. Please use the Subject Line- Public Comment: CPOA Board Meeting. These comments will automatically be distributed to all CPOA Board Members for review. 

Virtual Public Comment:

We welcome the public to join the CPOA Board to provide Public Input on Ordinance Changes.  We will enable all those wishing to speak and participate.
