Introducing a new model for affordable housing development! The Middle Rio Grande Housing Collaborative is a partnership between the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, bringing an innovative approach to delivering affordable housing in our community. Authorized by a Joint Powers Agreement from the State of New Mexico, this new entity can operate efficiently and flexibly, offering incentives and gap funding for affordable housing projects, helping the community meet its housing goals.
