District 6 Priority Projects

Since 2015, City Councilor Pat Davis has worked with partners in the county commission, area legislators and two mayors to empower neighborhoods for betterment through new public investment.

District 6, covering much of southeast Albuquerque, includes many of the city’s most underinvested neighborhoods. 

As councilor, Pat Davis committed to stop partly-funding small neighborhood projects and begin collaborating with neighbors to prioritize major investments that can serve as catalysts for neighborhood pride and improvements. 

Since 2015, he has worked with partners in the county commission, area legislators and two mayors to empower neighborhoods for betterment through new public investment. Here are projects currently underway.

Neighborhood Infrastructure and Reinvestment Projects

Projects include San Mateo and Kathryn redevelopment, International District Library, and many more.

Transit

Projects include Free Fares and the San Pedro Station.

Homelessness

Projects include the Compassion Center, Tiny Home Village, and the Gibson Center.

Parks

Projects include Wilson Park and Pool, Phil Chacon Park, and Officer Daniel Webster Park.
