- Construction will progress sequentially. The contractor will demolish and substantially complete construction on one half of one block (either the North or South side of Central Avenue) before progressing to the next section. This will not include things such as tree grates and tree planting which will be installed at the end of the project.
- All barricading will be moved to the back of curb at the end of each work day. This will maintain all on-street parking from 5:00 pm to 6:00 am during the week and 24 hours a day during the weekend.
- There will be no complete street closures. North/South streets will be blocked half at a time to maintain access. Every attempt will be made to bore lines crossing Central Avenue. If boring is not possible due to other utilities Central Avenue will be closed one half at a time to maintain access.
