Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee in charge of maintaining the City of Albuquerque Development Process Manual (DPM) is considering amending the Development Process Manual. The following areas are being proposed for amendment:

  1. Chapter 2 Subdivision of Land (proposed Chapter 2 Section 2 Subdivision of Land);
  2. Chapter 23 Transportation Design (proposed Chapter 7 Transportation Design, Section 2 Roadway Design Context, Section 4 Traffic Impact Studies);

Amendment 16 is intended to update the Bulk Land Subdivision Variance Criteria.

Amendment 17 is intended to update the City's Transportation Design Guidelines to be consistent with the City's Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings, Comprehensive Plan, Bikeways and Trail Facility Plan, the City's Integrated Development Ordinance and current practice.

Meeting Information

This amendment will be considered for adoption by the Executive Committee at this meeting.

The meeting will be open to the public and any person may give verbal or written testimony in favor of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.
