Description
Join Dr. Mike Simanonok of the Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center to learn about some of the 4,000 bee species native to North America. His talk will provide a survey across some of the more common groups of native bee species, with a focus on their varied life histories, as well as current trends in native bee research and conservation.
This is part of a pollinator series coordinated by NMSU College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences and funded by a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, USDA.
