  • Rental fees are subject to increase during holidays, one week prior to, during, and after the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and other days not listed here. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Rental spaces are available Tuesday through Sunday.  All rentals must end by 10:00 pm.
  • Maximum time is inclusive of the time it takes to set up and break down the event, unless otherwise approved by Museum management. 

  • A deposit of one-half of the rental fee is required with the signed application.

  • A refundable damage deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is required with the signed application, and will be held until after the event date.

  • Additional fees apply to events with over 200 attendees and to events that are open to the public or charge a separate admission fee. 

Included with Indoor Rental Space

Rental fees include the following:

  • Security (up to two Maximum)

  • Setup and take-down of tables and chairs - does not include decorations or clearing tables

  • Maintenance (room cleanup)

  • Tables/chairs/podiums/bars (tables and chairs provided for seated guests up to 200 - limited to amount on hand at Museum)

  • Manager-on-Duty

Limited AV equipment is available to rent; the Museum does NOT provide AV technical support.

  • 70" LED TV with DVD player = $75
  • LCD Projector with portable screen = $50
  • One Portable PA System w/ two microphones = $50
