ABQ RIDE’s Annual Luminaria Tour Sold Out

Tickets Sell Out within One Hour's Time

Tickets for ABQ RIDE’s Annual Luminaria Tour on Christmas Eve have sold out.

All tour tickets were sold by 11 a.m. on Friday, November 24, 2017. That exceeds the earliest sellout of tickets for the event by three hours, which occurred in 2016.

“For generations of New Mexicans and visitors, this is one of the highlights of the holiday season,” said Bruce Rizzieri, Director of ABQ RIDE. “We are happy to once again participate in this 53 year tradition for ABQ RIDE; 63 years, if you count the first ever Luminaria Tour in 1955.”

The tour begins and ends at the Albuquerque Convention Center. It takes approximately 45 minutes and travels through Old Town and Country Club neighborhoods.

Tour times are scheduled at 5:30 p.m.; 5:50 p.m.; 6:10 p.m.; 6:45 p.m.; 7:05 p.m. and 7:25 p.m.

Tour goers are encouraged to arrive no later than 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time and can park for free at the Convention Center’s eastside parking structure at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Broadway.

Free parking will also be available for disabled and special needs individuals at the parking lot located at the northwest corner of 3rd Street and Marquette (just north of Civic Plaza).  For your safety, please follow the signage to the Luminaria Tour.

Parking underneath Civic Plaza is also free.  Please follow the signage to the Luminaria Tour.
