Don’t forget, if you participate in the Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical or Dependent Care) you must re-enroll every year for these programs.

If you are currently enrolled in insurance plans and do not wish to make any changes to your existing coverage, no action is required on your part.

New Accident & Critical Illness Benefit

Your benefits enrollment window is open!. During this time, new benefit options are available to you for the first time.

When it comes to paying for medical care, medical insurance is important but it may not cover everything. Critical Illness works together with Accident insurance to help you fill those financial gaps.

Together, they can help maximize the potential cash payment you receive at the time of a covered illness or injury. Each coverage could provide you with separate cash benefits.

Critical Illness provides a lump-sum benefit when you, or a covered dependent, is diagnosed with a covered illness.

Accident insurance provides flat benefit payment(s) for related expenses and treatments due to a covered injury.

The cash benefits are independent from any claims or coverage provided by medical insurance. There are no restrictions on how to use the benefits, meaning you can use the cash to pay deductibles, co-pays, or wherever it's needed most. Learn more about accident & critical illness insurance.
