Description

The City of Albuquerque Cultural Services Department, Office of Civil Rights and Office of Civic Engagement have teamed up to showcase Black authors and artists during this community gathering and read-in. 

Event-goers can enjoy excerpts that celebrate Black Literature and History. The New Mexico African American Resilience Committee will feature an exhibit of Black History & Resilience. Bring, share or take a book and join the Book Swap. 

Interested participants can register in the link below when they RSVP. Reading spots are limited, please keep excerpts to 2-3 minutes.
