On April 8 and April 29 our Great Ape-ril celebrations will include discovery stations focusing on conservation, craft making for the kids and enrichment making for the chimps and orangutans. The enrichment is made from preapproved materials and is tossed by the keepers according to the schedule below. The keeper staff will stuff the enrichment with cheerios or other treats to make them more fun for our animals. All three days will include a keeper table where you can learn more about our animals and our conservation efforts.
Schedule for April 8 and 29
