Each day will have discovery stations focusing on conservation, craft making and enrichment making (chimps will not have enrichment making). The enrichment that is tossed will be paper bags/toilet paper tubes that the public can decorate with colored pencils. The keeper staff will stuff them with cheerios. The craft tables will have cut outs of each animal for the kiddos to color. They have the choice to add it to the wall behind each station or keep it. Pictures will be later collected and sent to a conservation fund of the staff’s choosing.
The ape department will be selling buttons, bracelets, food and drink. Proceeds go to an ape awareness fund.
