Curious about winemaking? Join the BioPark Botanic Garden and New Mexico State University to learn how. This  two part workshop will provide an introduction to the winemaking process, including grape varieties and assessment, basic fermentation theory, techniques and sanitation. Gill Giese, NMSU Extension Viticulture Specialist,  will be demonstrating and discussing all the basics that you  need to get started. We will be using heirloom mission grapes grown right here on the Heritage Farm. Registration is limited to 15 participants.
