After this year's Cider Festival, we'll showcase the bounty of the harvest from the Botanic Garden's Heritage Farm at the Harvest Dinner in the Heritage Farm orchard. It will be a unique community dining experience you won't want to miss!

Plus, a portion of the proceeds will go directly back to supporting the ABQ BioPark, so you can feel great, enjoy a wonderful meal & have a memorable evening!

2016 Full Menu

Starters at Chicken Coop Plaza

  • Salsa Station with Pomegranate Salsa, Rhubarb Salsa and Roasted Fennel Salsa, Crispy Flatbread and Tri Colored Tortilla Chips
  • Coffee Milk Stout Cornbread with Jalapenos and Compound Butters
  • Crispy Chicken Drumstick Confit with Roasted Tomato Hot Sauce
  • Cash Bar Cocktails, beer and wine

Dinner in the Orchard

Each course will be paired with a flight of Tractor beers

First Course

  • Cold Cranberry Soup paired with Roasted Baby Beet Salad with Gorgonzola, Pine Nuts and Fried Beet Greens
  • Suggested Beer: SteinWine Barley Wine

Second Course

  • Braised Greens with Pancetta and White Beans, Dill and Preserved Lemon Foil-Pouched Trout
  • Suggested Beer: Hay Maker Honey Wheat

Third Course

  • Red Rooster Potato Pierogis with Bacon Onion Jam, Farmer’s Tan Red Ale Braised Short Ribs with Olives and Heritage Farm Rosemary
  • Suggested Beer: Farmer’s Tan Red Ale

Fourth Course

  • Baked Apples Stuffed with House Made Sausage, Sage and Aged Provolone. Root Vegetable Gratin with Parmesan Panko Crumble
  • Suggested Beer: Dank Johnson Double IPA

Desserts by the Fire

  • Apple Pie and Blueberry Pie Sopapilla S’mores with Dairy Fresh Eggnog Whipped Cream and Red Chile Chocolate
  • Suggested Beer: Cowboy Coffee Stout
