Join us for Powerful Tools for Caregivers, part of our ongoing Family Caregiver Series.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week course to empower caregivers with the tools to take better care of themselves while providing care to their loved ones. This class will take place once a week at Barelas Senior Center starting on Wednesday, April 12 through Wednesday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Strategies covered will include:
- Reducing Stress
- Managing Emotions
- Improving Communication
- Elevating Overall Well-Being
